If you’re unsure where to start, these answers can help. If you don’t see your question, reach out—we’re happy to help.

Do I have to be a member to get support?

No. You’re welcome to reach out and explore support options before committing to anything.

Is this confidential?

We treat what you share with care. In group settings, we also encourage everyone to respect privacy and confidentiality.

What if I’m in crisis or need immediate help?

If you’re in immediate danger, call 911. If you need urgent mental health support, consider calling or texting 988 (U.S. Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) for 24/7 help.

Do you provide financial assistance?

We primarily offer community support and resource sharing. When possible, we can help you find local programs that may offer financial assistance.

Are events kid-friendly?

Some are. Check the event details, and if you’re unsure, message us—we’ll help you find a good fit.

What if I can’t attend in person?

That’s okay. We can suggest virtual options and ways to stay connected based on what’s available.
